F A Q ' S
Where are you located?
Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada!
Are you available for travel?
I'll go wherever you are, simply put. Travel fees are required and I will give you a custom quote depending on your details. (destination weddings, how you dooooing?!)
do you have backup gear and insurance?
OF COURSE! You really think I would do you dirty like that?
can we print our own photos?
Yes! You'll receive personal printing rights to your photos and can order prints right in your online gallery.
do you shoot digital or film?
Both! I shoot a mix of digital & film on a wedding day.
Do you have a preferred vendor list?
I have had the chance to work with many amazing vendors and would love to refer you to my favourites that I love working with! Take a look here for a small taste!
what is the booking process?
If you're ready to seal the deal, all I require is a 25% retainer and a signing of my contract. The remainder is due a month before your big day!
how many photos will we receive?
My average for an 8 hour wedding is 500+, but I don't have a set limit. I include as many as I can and remove the blurry, derpy, blinking and repeated photos.
how would you describe your approach?
I approach weddings with a romantic and classic sensibility which allows me to create timeless imagery using film photography that you can look back on for years. I want to tell your love story through my photographs in the truest, most natural way. Photographs are heirlooms of your life and are really the only thing you have left after the wedding day.
There's something about film, it's clear, crisp and allows myself as a photographer to slow down and get the image perfect in one frame. It gives a romantic and timeless feel to any image. Film will never fade and will look classic for decades, while digital trends will be continuously changing.
